I heard from my second company to inform me that they had 187 applications and I didn't get the job. I'm happy to hear that companies are getting my resume. I have sent at least 50 resumes I have only heard from 2 companies that I didn't get the job. It would be nice if all companies where that respectful. I know that it's a lot of work replying to all job applications BUT is is work and ensuring THEIR job security. Who knows maybe one day they will need to send out their resume I would love to hear their comments when they get no response.
