Happy St. Patty's Day. I bought a corned beef (because it was on sale) so I decided to make it today and have some family over. I like to cook mine in the crock pot with a can of coke over it. So I started cooking the meat and then I thought I needed potatoes and rolls and salad and desert. I ended up spending the whole morning in the kitchen cooking. Oh well what else do I have to do?
